People are struggling, with the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Cost of Living Crisis and the rising concerns globally around Climate Change. On top of this, everyone has their own individual problems, whether thats a Mental Health problem, Addiction, or Bereavement, it can all feel overwhelming.
Counselling For Adults
If you have never had any counselling before, it can be scary to ask for help and you may feel unsure about how the process works. For more information on how counselling works and what to expect in the first session, see my blog post under My Thoughts above.
During Counselling you may wish to talk about redundancy, seperation, divorce, miscarriage, a traumatic experience or the difficulties of living with a chronic condition. If you are unsure if I can help with what you are struggling with, please ask by getting in touch. We will work to build trust and respect within the working relationship, which will then enable you to express what you need too. Counselling is confidential and does not go any fruther than the room or zoom. This enables you to be truly honest about whats bothering you or holding you back.
